All goods are shipped Royal Mail, First Class, Tracked.

Please allow up to five working days for processing.

Shipping takes 24-48 hours.

All goods are shipped Royal Mail, International, Tracked.

Please allow up to five working days for processing - this is not Amazon.

For shipping to Europe please allow 3-5 days.

For shipping worldwide please allow 5-7 days.

 

If you need it faster then it’s worth emailing to ask but we can’t promise anything.

Sales tax

UK sales will include VAT at 20% at point of sale.

International duties and taxes will be at the responsibility of the buyer.

If you need to return your item then email hello@supergood.org.uk within 14 days of receiving your goods for instructions. Put your order number in the subject box and mark it RETURN. You will be responsible for the cost of your return and we will expect the method you choose to be trackable, nor will we accept responsibility for goods lost in transit on the way back to us. Much easier to hang on to it or sell it to a friend.

 

Exchanges

Be aware that, due to the nature of the garments and the process by which they are made, we may not have the alternative size or style that you are looking for in stock at any one time.

 

Garments for refund or exchange will only be accepted if they are in the same, perfect condition as when they were sold, unworn and unused with all tags and packaging.
