Transparency
Super Good is a small, South East London business trying to offer some super good new stuff made, mostly, from super old stock.
We think it's important that we're honest and transparent about what we do, how we do it and who we work with. Here's all the info you should need to know but if we've missed anything, just drop us a line and we'll do our best to help:
Post consumer waste T-shirts are mostly bought from vintage garment wholesalers as close to home as possible - unfortunately there's currently none in London.
So far we've bought from:

The T-shirts are transported in a (Linda's) VW converter Transporter van which is ULEZ compliant.
Occasionally we purchase directly from charity shops in Peckham, East Dulwich and Brixton (if they're just too good to pass up) or the odd Kilo Sale in Peckham or Brixton:
Washing of all waste T-shirts is done using cold wash economy cycles, line dried and with environmentally friendly liquids:

All prototyping and sampling is made by Linda in her South East London home studio.
All pattern cutting and manufacturing is currently provided by the best and most local manufacturer we could possibly find. The London Pattern Cutter is a small collective of highly experienced fashion business experts, providing an amazing range of services and advice to small fashion brands and startups.

We even think about the labelling - all swing tickets are made using discarded cardboard packaging, printed with wooden rubber stamps using biodegradable vegetable inks and strung onto the garments using scraps of T Shirts.
For those too-small-to-use little bits of scrap fabric - we keep them too and as-and-when we need to we make draft excluders for doors and drop them off at our local hospice charity shop. Seriously - nothing goes in the bin : )
